NATURAL FACE LIFT MASSAGE - FACIAL REJUVENATION
This unique treatment was created with a view to addressing current day concerns of looking youthful and healthy without the use of invasive interventions such as botox, collagen, and plastic surgery.
A truly 'holistic' treatment based on ancient Ayurvedic techniques. The treatment is performed without oils or creams and the entire procedure is performed with the hands. It is a gentle non-invasive approach to looking your best and works primarily by freeing constrictions within the facial muscles and connective tissue. Natural Facelift Massage can really help rejuvenate the skin with specific 'lifting techniques', encouraging blood circulation to the face as well as facial exercises and lymph drainage techniques to help give a glowing complexion.
KANSA WAND FACELIFT MASSAGE
This dynamic treatment integrates massage of the facial marmas (Ayurvedic acupressure points) with the use of this simple massage tool called a Kansa Wand and nourishing oils. 'Kansa' means 'bronze' and this metal alloy is known in India as the 'healing metal'. The wand can move deep into and underneath the contours of the face and around areas like the brow line, jawline and neck where tension is held.
Marmas are subtle, vital energy points where two or more types of tissue meet and are thought to govern particular mental or physical functions. This holistic facelift treatment involves isolating the facial marmas and massaging them in a specific way, brining many visible benefits to the skin and complexion.
This treatment can offer relief from sleeping problems, facial pain and tension, eyestrain, sinus congestion, tension headaches and may help reduce puffiness or dark circles under the eyes. Generally, this treatment is a wonderful way of releasing the connective tissue of dermis and underlying facial muscles. Circulation and elimination are improved and the tissues become more mobile.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A form of Indian massage that focuses on the back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face, can help relieve stress headaches, dandruff, hair loss, sinus problems as well as muscular pain and tension in the upper body. This technique can help promotes stress relief and better sleep.
Indian Head Massage also incorporates work on the pressure points on the face and chakra balancing to restore energy levels.
This is a simple, convenient and highly effective treatment, which requires no undressing or use of oil so it can easily be performed in the workplace or from the home.
AYURVEDIC KANSA VATKI (KV) FOOT MASSAGE
Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage is a wonderfully relaxing holistic treatment, which helps to balance body, mind and spirit and free the flow of energy throughout the body. The treatment begins with cleansing the feet and legs before thoroughly massaging the feet and legs with coconut oil, ghee or other oils. The massage continues using a small bowl made from copper, zinc and tin, which combined are known in Ayurveda as the ‘healing metal’ - thought to be even more effective than gold or silver.
As in reflexology, which targets ‘reflex’ areas corresponding to bodily organs and systems, KV Foot Massage gives attention to massaging the marma points of the feet & legs. The seven Chakras (energy centres), which can be accessed on the soles of the feet, are also worked on during a KV treatment.

I combine Ayurvedic bronze tools to stimulate vital energy points, melt muscles tension more effectively and assist and with lymphatic drainage. This treatment is one of a kind and will leave you feeling completely relaxed yet full of vitality from head to toe.
"Trauma does not reside in the external event that induces physical or emotional pain - nor even in the pain itself - but in our becoming stuck in our primitive responses to painful events." - Peter Levine.
Somatic Experiencing is a form of trauma resolution therapy which offers a non-cathartic model of creative interventions to begin to tease out the symptoms of trauma from the body. It is a fantastic modality for connecting you with your inherent resilience and instilling a sense of hope and empowerment in the face of difficult past or current traumas.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"I had an ayurvedic facelift with Ffion recently and absolutely loved it!! I had never been a big fan of facials before, as I never saw much difference to my skin afterwards - but this experience with Ffion was totally different.
The ayurvedic facelift is such a relaxing and holistic experience. It's so much more than a facial! You get the the relaxation of a massage and the plumping of a facial in one. You feel totally cared for in a really lovely and cosy space. I'll be recommending it to everyone!"
